The Role

We are seeking experienced Class 1 Drivers for consistent, full-time container work based in Chelmsford. This is a long-term position offering reliable shifts Monday to Friday, working with a respected logistics operator.

Your role will involve transporting containers to and from local ports and distribution centres, ensuring safe, compliant and professional deliveries at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily container runs to ports, hubs and customer sites

• Safe operation of Class 1 vehicles at all times

• Completion of paperwork, delivery notes and digital logs

• Adhering to all driving, WTD and tacho regulations

• Representing the company professionally on the road and at client sites

What We’re Looking For

• Valid Class 1 Licence

• Valid CPC and Digital Tacho Card

• Minimum 6 months Class 1 experience (container experience preferred)

• Good communication skills and a professional approach

• Reliability and commitment to regular weekly shifts
